Why you should add gratitude to your daily routine
Hi everybody I think that if you’re having problems with the law of attraction or with getting what you want out of life the Gratitude might be your absolute missing piece. Let me explain.
The goal of this article and video is to help you get the very most out of the law of attraction, and help you live the live you always wanted.

I was not always grateful in my life
I’m embarrassed enough but big enough to say that when I was younger I lacked gratitude for what I had in life.
My parents tried very hard to give us everything that we wanted, but at the same time I was always wanting more more more and was never really happy with what I had.
Looking back on it carrying over the lack of gratitude into adulthood held me back tremendously in my life.
It’s important to explain that if you can’t be grateful for what you have in front of you right now, there’s no way you’re ever going to get what you really want out of life and obtain your bigger higher goals and dreams.
Why are spiritual people happier?
Have you ever noticed how people who have a connection spiritually somehow always seem to get what they want in life or are oftentimes very successful?
Did you ever wonder why some of the most successful people in the world are people that are so-called “God-fearing folks?”
A lot of it has to do with having faith in a higher power that will take care of them, but a lot of it has to do with gratitude for what they have in life so they see the flowers in front of them instead of just the empty flower bed on the other side.
It really is looking at the other side of the fence and saying the grass is greener and perpetually chasing something bigger will never appreciating what you have.
You and the plant you are growing
Think of your current situation like a plant. When you fail to appreciate what you have, and take care of your plant, it wilts and dies on you, just as your life will fall apart over time if you fail to appreciate things and take care of them.
If you’re not waking up in the morning and thanking the world for what you already have you lack gratitude but there is a simple way that you can fix this.
A Quick and easy Exercise on Gratitude
I want you to give thought to trying this for 30 days.
Can’t do 30 days? Go ahead and try this for just a week or two, and if a week or 2 is even out of the question just do it tomorrow morning when you wake up or even better get a pen and paper and do it right now or pull out your smartphone and do this exercise immediately.
Sit down and make a list.
Make a list of the things that you’re grateful for, the things that you could not live without or if you suddenly lost them would make a giant impact on your life.
It’s best to start your day out with this list before you get up and start doing daily activities that are part of your routine.
Before you get to your desk at work or your workstation, before you get the kids up to start preparing breakfast for them and get them off to school, or before you get up and roll over and turn on the TV to watch whatever morning talk show if you find yourself in a funk and stuck in bed.
Just start this list and do it in the morning so you can feel some things that you’re grateful for.
What Goes on your list?
So what should be on this list? It’s entirely personal and completely up to you what you put on the list, but you can put anything that you’re truly grateful for because this is after all your gratitude list.
Write down the things that you feel like you would not want to live without.
Feel free to put material possessions. Don’t feel bad if you are, because these things are things that matter to you and no one should be able to tell you that they shouldn’t matter.
Special people in your life that you would not want to lose, put them down on the list, or if you are grateful that you have a knack for numbers or you’re a Wordsmith and are great with writing and it’s brought you joy throughout your life and go ahead and put that on the list.
Start writing and make sure that you write as much as you can without thinking for at least two minutes.
If the timer goes off and you’re still writing then continue writing, continue writing until you run out of things that you think that you are grateful for.
And that’s really all this exercise entails, because by doing this you realize that you have a lot of things going for you vs someone who thinks they have nothing happening in their lives.
You have advantages you need to take note of
The truth of the matter is, compared to someone who’s living on a street corner with no possessions and no loved ones looking out for them there’s a very good chance that you have many many things going for you right now positively that you don’t even realize.
So be grateful for what you have, realize that if you don’t take care of it they can go away in a heartbeat but there’s always something new to be grateful for and for that reason you should be making your list every morning when you wake up because it only takes a few minutes to realize that we are really lucky to be alive in this world.
