55×5 Law of Attraction Manifestation Ritual – How to Use it and SHOULD You?

Recently a new manifestation technique has become popular and has been added to the list of manifestation rituals. This is known as the 55×5 law of attraction manifestation technique and it is straight forward enough, but sometimes misunderstood.

This post will take a look at the 55×5 law of attraction manifestation technique. Is it a new technique or does it qualify as one of the ancient manifestation rituals? Read on for more.

What is the 55×5 Manifestation Technique?

The 55×5 manifestation ritual is very easy to understand.

To use this manifestation technique, you will write what you want FIFTY FIVE TIMES each day for FIVE DAYS.

That is all there is to it. There are a few different rules you should follow and we will cover them here, however there are some law of attraction coaches on the web that add and make it seem overly complicated.

My approach to the law of attraction is to make it as simple as possible, and strip away the complications.

So yes you could read the statements aloud… And obviously you could also meditate on the statements… However this not required.

What is needed? Just this:

  • A pen or pencil (for writing, obviously)
  • A notebook (I recommend a nice notebook that won’t fall apart easily so you can look back and see where you came from)
  • Fifteen to twenty minutes each day (depending on how quickly you write)

Is the 55×5 Manifestation Technique New?

Some people on YouTube and online I have watched claim that this is one of the ancient manifesting techniques. Perhaps this one was lost to the ages, because according to Google trends, the 55×5 technique has only become popular in the last few months.

This does not mean that it is not worth trying out, because everything that is old was of course new at some point.

It goes to show however, that you should do some research before you listen and believe what people are telling you.

New or old aside, let’s take a look at how to actually use and apply the 55×5 method of manifesting what you want out of life.

How to Write out Your Desired Outcomes

As always, you do not make wishes when you manifest. Daydreaming is not manifesting.

First Decide your Statement

First, you need to decide what you want to manifest. Be specific. Your request should be so simple that a ten year old child reading it can understand it fully.

It is important that you are specific and exact in what you want to attract, or else you will be unable to focus all your attention to your desired outcome.

Next, Write your Statement in PRESENT TENSE.

You must write your statement in PRESENT TENSE. You need to act as though you already have the desired outcome, or else your mind will focus on what you want and do not have.

Why? Because you need to ensure that your subconscious mind receives the correct instruction, and a completed goal command will aid your subconscious mind to take actions towards the completed goal. 

Remember, all you need to do:

You will write your stated outcome in the present tense FIFTY FIVE times in a row. 

Do this for five days and see what you feel like. You may be pleasantly surprised to learn there is a very empowering feeling from writing your statement so many times in a row. 

Tips and thoughts for the 55×5 Manifestation Method

Here are some tips and thoughts about the 55×5 Law of Attraction manifestation exercise. 

Things you should do:

  • You should do your 55×5 exercise at about the same time every day. 
  • You should try and do your 55×5 Manifestation ritual before bed or within the first two hours of waking. 
  • You should put yourself in a place where you will NOT be disturbed. 
  • You should set aside as long as thirty minutes a day to begin and adjust when you note how long your exercise takes you based on your handwriting speed. 

Things you SHOULD NOT DO:

  • Do not use your electronic device to make your list. Always use a pen and paper. 
  • Do not tell people about your 55×5 experiment as even your most loved family and friends will not understand. 
  • Do not quit if you miss a day, simply start over the next day or do the practice later in the day. 
  • Do not write your intended goal as a wish, write it as though you’ve already achieved the goal and possess your desired result.

The MOST IMPORTANT thing that determines your success or failure!

Depending on your goals, you may need MORE THAN FIVE DAYS to manifest your goals. 

You absolutely must be realistic in your stated goals…

If you stated you wanted $100,000 in savings but had no job when starting,  expect your goals to take longer to manifest themselves.

If this is the case (and it likely will be the case) you need to see process and be honest with where and what has been accomplished in a five day period.

Focus, take action, and then keep going no matter what.
